Our onboardings make tandems and their environment "ready to start". Depending on the scope of the topic, our coaches work intensively with the tandem for two to three days on various tandem-relevant content. We look at the internal relationship in the tandem, work out the job sharing design and a detailed organizational plan, and delve into the topic of placement and marketing. You can also expect life hacks, watch-outs, current research findings, practical examples, and a lot of experience from over 80 tandem onboardings! With our process support, we stay by your side for as long as you need us!

For managers of tandems, we offer our digital on-demand onboarding. With video tutorials, interactive elements and our Q&A chat, no question remains unanswered, so that you can optimally accompany and support your tandem!

And even if the team of a top-sharing tandem needs to be brought on board professionally, we can provide support with our team workshop!

Our work is unique. Because we work according to high principles.

  • All coaches have many years of experience working in job sharing in senior management positions in large companies .

  • All coaches undergo multi-stage training to become certified job sharing coaches.

  • All coaches bring their own individual touch to the collaboration through their diverse professional experience and personalities , but work according to the validated principles and methodologies of the job sharing hub .

  • We have our finger on the pulse . As a long-standing consultancy and market leader in the field of job sharing, the jobsharing hub is networked in all directions, scientifically up to date and in constant exchange with over 200 job sharers, HR professionals, managers and team members of job sharers. All new findings, developments and tips & tricks are continuously incorporated into our consultations and coaching.

  • We love feedback and exchange! Every coaching session is evaluated according to fixed criteria so that we can continue to grow through concrete feedback. Regular supervision and peer-to-peer case consultations also ensure continuous quality!

Coaching as an opportunity for more clarity and self-determination

I like my job and manage my everyday life, including my partner, children and my hobbies. The ability to juggle all of this and also take my job requirements into account brought me to the tandem model purely for efficiency reasons. Today I know that it is so much more. The fulfillment in the job, with a partner at your side who is a mentor, coach, challenger and companion, makes all the difference. I am a committed and repeat offender and cannot imagine working any other way. The model gives me the chance to get the best out of myself in all situations.

• Commercial Managing Director and CFO in the automotive industry.

• Business economist with around 20 years of professional experience in the areas of controlling, accounting, corporate audit and project management; of which around 15 years in management positions.

• Since 2015, job sharing with my colleague Katharina – currently in our fourth joint position.

• I bring job sharing experience not only from my own perspective, but also from the “boss’ perspective”.

• Numerous panel discussions, key note speeches, press articles and interviews on job sharing.

• Certified job sharing coach (Jobsharing Hub), practicing mentor

I would like to pass on my many years of experience in job sharing and support new tandems in their onboarding and development!

We experience our own job sharing as an incredible enrichment - not only because we can take on a responsible position while also being able to do justice to our family situation. We are mutual sparring partners, we have each other's backs and we still learn from each other every day. This is how we achieve top performance that none of us could achieve alone.

In our new position as managing directors, we are once again pioneers and role models and are very pleased that we are contributing to the acceptance of this wonderful working model.

This also leaves both of us time for our heart's project, namely to support and advise new job sharers from the very beginning through our coaching offer and our many years of experience: so that you start your own job sharing well prepared, empowered and self-confident!

Inspiration & support for tandems who want to get started

For me, working in tandem is a model for the future that has a positive impact on individuals, teams and organizations. I have been leading our team together with my job-sharing partner Anna for over four years. I am enthusiastic about this collaborative model and would not want to work any other way. When we started, there were only a few role models and hardly any implementation knowledge. I would like to use my experience to support job sharers to make their collaboration even better and to strengthen them in their environment.

I find job sharing very enriching on many levels: Working in tandem enables me to juggle a demanding job, family and my freelance work. I have always liked trying new things. Only those who move themselves can move others and systems. When I started this constellation with my job-sharing partner a few years ago, there were few role models and few experiences. For me, it was a working time model with advantages. But it is so much more - I didn't know that at the time. I am an absolute 'conviction person': 200% brain, broadly positioned with specialist knowledge and skills leads to the highest level of effectiveness and the best solutions.

What is the best way to refute the narrative that job sharing is only for working mothers? It's very simple: try it out for yourself - whether you're a man or a woman! I would like to encourage people to experience this work model of the future with all its many professional and personal advantages. It doesn't have to lead to the feared "career setback" - quite the opposite. My work in job sharing has enriched my family and my professional situation.
